Who can sign up?

Businesses registered for VAT in one of the 27 EU member states. We verify your VAT number with the EU’s VIES service before your account is created.

Do I need my own domain?

Yes. yourcompany.althi.work is your team’s sign-in and webmail address; your email addresses use your own domain once you have verified it.

Can we keep using Outlook?

Yes. Outlook for Windows (classic) and Outlook for Mac connect directly. The new Outlook for Windows does not support this type of mail server yet; use classic Outlook there.

What happens after the free month?

Add a payment method (card or SEPA Direct Debit) in the admin portal and your subscription simply continues. Without one, your account is paused after 30 days; you can still sign in to the admin portal to pay or export your data.
